Terms of Service

1. SaaS Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Clients may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

2. Service-Based Work

Due to the nature of digital and implementation services, refunds are not provided for:

• Completed work

• Strategy sessions

• Consulting

• CRM setup

• Automation builds

• Marketing services already delivered

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel recurring services by providing written notice before the next billing date.

Cancellation does not entitle the client to refunds for services already rendered.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside of this policy may be reviewed at our sole discretion.
